Self healing tools and compression products have personally been a huge game changer for my healing. They have empowered me to move past my comfort zone, increase energy flow and provide a gentle level of support to injured muscles and joints. I've tried many to find the perfect fit. SELF HEALING TOOLS COZY CLOTHING BRANDS

  • Reconnect With the Earth’s Vibration Through Grounding/ Earthing – Place your bare feet on the earth for a minimum of 30 minutes a day and experience amazing leaps in overall vitality. Conductive surfaces to place your bare feet on are grass, sand, dirt, gravel, rock, unsealed brick/ concrete, and bodies of water. Grounding charges your energy field with the earth’s vibration and helps bring your energy field back to balance. I use earthing to connect each day and it has really helped with lessoning inflammation and overall pain levels.

  • Vibrating Massage Ball –  A simple tool to use to loosen up your muscles with little effort and to bring healing/ awareness to the body. All you need to do it turn it on and hold on area of tension while it vibrates. There are 3 settings based on your comfort level.

  • Acupressure Mat – An amazing tool to bring energy flow to the feet and legs. I stand on this after sitting for a long time and you can use on other pain areas to activate healing and energy flow.

  • Organic Clothing Company – Cozy, chemical free and soft clothing for men, women and children if you are sensitive and can’t find clothing that feels good. Great women undergarment options as well.

  • Smartwool Sock Options – I can’t say enough about Smartwool socks. They are cozy, fun and add extra support to the heel, arch and ankle. I love them all year round!

FAVORITE COMPRESSION PRODUCTS FOR MEN & WOMEN

  • Closed Toe Compression Socks for Men & Women – Great for a long day on your feet, to wear around the house or while seated for pain relief/ support in feet, ankles, and shins.

  • Nude Open Toe Compression Socks for Men & Women – A nice alternative if you don’t like your toes to have compression, if you want to wear in a yoga class or with sandals. Great for a long day on your feet, to wear around the house or while seated for pain relief/ support in feet, ankles, and shins.

  • Ankle Compression for Men & Women - Great for a long day on your feet, to wear around the house or while seated for pain relief/ support in feet, arches and ankles. I’ve even used in a pool swimming and on the beach for extra support.

  • Knee Compression for Men & Women – Great to wear while standing or to use as compression with your leg up after a long day. I personally don’t like to wear these long or for exercise because they cause my leg and back muscles to get overly tight.

  • Knee Support for Men & Women – Great to wear for a long walk or hike to give your knee some stability and take on some of the impact. I like to wear this under my knee and it really gives me the extra support for when I hike on uneven ground.

  • Neck Gentle Support Brace with Hot & Cold Therapy Pack – Nice to wear if your neck is flared and has a cold and hot pack option. Very gentle stability to take the pressure off your vertebrae. I don’t like to keep this on long, but it can be helpful with a neck flare-up.

QIGONG BODY TAPPING EXERCISES

Awaken your energy flow by daily simple body tapping Qigong exercises. Qigong tapping is a great way to increase blood and energy flow, relieve stress and soothe muscles. Perfect to do first thing in the morning for stiffness, as a lunchtime boost or in the evening after a long day to relieve stress.
